For me, this is the best thai place in Brighton. The spices are well balanced and the vegetables are fresh and tasty. Seems very authentic and friendly.
My husband and I just had delicious and cheap lunch after not having been there for a few years. The standard is definitely consistent. -

We went for a meal this evening (Sunday) with some Thai friends (which I always think is a good sign when thai people like eating there) and we weren't disappointed.
We let our friends order a selection and everything was really good. The starters in particular were great (crispy wantons and steamed dumplings) and the mains which included beef salads and red chicken currys were also tasty. I made the mistake of trying a Thai sausage that was so spicy it blew my head off and took my tastebuds a while to recover.
Thankfully they did as desert was the the highlight for me. Deep fried ice cream. It was delicious.
The bill worked out around £50 per couple with not a lot of booze so pretty fairly priced I guess these days. If you like Thai food this definitely seemed like one of the better ones. -

I went there because of the good reviews here and I really disappointed from this place,A dreadful experience ,the food was so bad presented,awful customer service and really dirty place as a restaurant,I won't be bothered to return again

I ate here for the first time a few days ago! I had heard good things about it and wanted to see for myself.
It is a lovely restaurant with a very relaxed,intimate ambiance. Lovely decor throughout and nice and warm being the winter months its important your not freezing whilst enjoying a meal. Menu is fairly extensive offering a wide range of dishes for fish,meat and veggie lovers!
The food was very tasty and was served quickly, my only problem with this restaurant is portion size! It was very small compared to the price, I would have liked it to be a little bigger but other than that a great Thai restaurant for eating in or take away. -

Ok, so I don't want to lower the tone, but when somebody told me that they had an enjoyable trip to Thai Connection, I thought that they were talking about a very different type of evening out.
In fact, they were actually referring to this Thai restaurant that also offers Asian 'tapas'. I think the tapas is actually just the appetiser section of a normal menu, but regardless, the food was superb.
I'm a big lover of Thai food and I wasn't let down here. I had fish cakes and a laksa (Malaysian soup), both of which left me feeling very happy.
They have a separate lunchtime menu, additionally, they also offer a discount of 10% on all take away orders (collection).
